Carrozzeria Caselani has reinterpreted the famous Citroen Type H of the 1950s in a modern key.
Thanks to the collaboration between Fabrizio Caselani and the expert pencil of designer David Obendorfer who has wisely captured in a modern key the spirit and charm of this timeless icon was reborn in the famous Citroen Type H van which at the time was a real revolution in light transport.
The first Type H built by Citroen in 1947 was based on the mechanics of the famous Traction Avant with a new monocoque body with the engine and gearbox cantilevered on the front, this solution allowed to have a very low loading floor and in the Van version one person could stand. The rear door divided into three sections and the aeronautical-style corrugated sheet metal bodywork to give greater strength was also innovative.
Like Citroen, Carrozzeria Caselani also offers the Type H van in many versions suitable for every use, from the version Panel Van to the Minibus version, from the Food Truck to the Camper, and many others that adapt to every need, all characterized by a modern retro-style design.
