I forgot my password: how do i do it?
Click on the menu icon at the top right of the Login window.
Then click on the item Forgot your password?
Reset your password by writing your email and clicking Submit. You will receive the link to reset your password securely directly in your inbox.
If you do not receive the email immediately, we recommend that you check the Promotions tab of your inbox. For questions or assistance, write to email@example.com.
How can I place an order on BorgeseIdea?
Order on BorgeseIdea in a few clicks!
Access the Collections item in the menu, then select the products you want and add them to the cart.
Access the Cart using the icon at the top right, check the items you have added and click on the Proceed to Purchase button. We remind you that you can change the products placed in the cart until the end of the purchase process.
To continue with the purchase of the order, some data are required, including the shipping address to receive the goods. If you want an invoice, remember to tell us the name of your company, the tax code or the VAT number, the unique code for electronic invoicing. Make sure you have everything close at hand. At this stage you can also decide whether to save your data for future purchases or proceed without registering.
After specifying your details, select the payment method you prefer: make sure you have your credit card details and SecureCode, if provided by your bank, available.
Click on the Buy Now button: your order will be completed and you will receive a confirmation email.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is completed, it will no longer be possible to make changes. For this reason, we recommend that you carefully review the items you are purchasing before proceeding with payment.
If you wish to cancel your order or part of it, write to firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember that the cancellation cannot be made if the order has already been shipped: in this case you will have to activate the return procedure.
What are the payment methods available?
You can pay for your order with:
Amazon Pay, using information already stored in your Amazon account
In case of payment by credit card, we advise you to have the SecureCode provided by your bank ready, to speed up and finalize your purchase.
How can I request an invoice?
To request an invoice for your order, fill in the necessary fields during the purchase process. If you forget to enter the necessary tax information, don't worry: write an email to email@example.com.
Where can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, log into your Account by clicking on the icon at the top right: in this section you will find the list of your orders. Here you can also monitor the processing phase relating to orders in progress.
You can place an order as a registered user or without registering: in any case, you will receive shipment tracking directly to the email address indicated at the time of purchase.
What are the delivery times?
We have chosen to deliver our goods only by express couriers.
However, due to the pandemic, deliveries could take longer than the estimated 2-4 working days.
How much is shipping?
Shipments are free for Italy and for orders over € 50.00 (single cart).
Below this amount, the shipping costs are as follows:
€ 5.90 for shipments to Europe
19.90 Euros for shipments to all other countries served by our couriers
What should I do when my order is delivered?
We recommend that you always check your order upon delivery.
Check that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated on the delivery note; it also checks the integrity of the packaging and the presence of any signs of break-ins or anomalies with respect to the integrity of the content.
In case of anomalies, indicate Acceptance with reserve on the carrier's delivery note at the time of signature. We remind you that you have 14 days to report any discrepancies and make a complaint. Beyond this deadline, we will no longer be able to accept complaints and reports.

How can I contact you for product assistance?
If you have any doubts or need assistance on the products purchased, contact our

If you prefer to have a telephone contact, specify your request in the email and remember to enter your contacts: we will call you back in a short time.
How can I make a return or exchange and what is the timing?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can decide to return it within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product. The return will be at your expense and the items you intend to return must be in their original condition, properly wrapped and packaged. For shipping, use a protective cardboard box.
In the event of a non-compliant or defective product, you can replace it with the same item, if available in stock, or request a refund.
